Hi there, I’m Jack Machin, an idiot from the internet.
I graduated from Salford University in 2012, studying Journalism & English Literature. After a failed media career that included short, low level stints at the BBC, Bauer, and Freemantle , I switched to Web Development after falling in love with the WordPress dashboard, and web developers actually get paid.
Fuelled almost entirely by black coffee, fast food and lager, you can mainly find me doing the one or more of the following:
- Making websites
- Attending A Game of Thrones LCG tournaments
- Arguing about pop culture
- Wandering around bookshops
- Playing board games
- Watching sport (just about anything other than cricket)
- Going to gigs
